21 Greek companies showcase their approaches to design, products, and contemporary hospitality experiences in Paris from November 2 to 5, 2026.
The hospitality industry is undergoing a period of continuous transformation. Spaces are evolving into immersive experiences, architecture is increasingly intertwined with technology, and design is being called upon to create environments that balance aesthetics, functionality, and human connection.
Against this evolving backdrop, EquipHotel Paris 2026 returns to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from November 2 to 5, bringing together the international hospitality community to explore the ideas, products, and solutions shaping the industry’s future.
With a history spanning more than six decades, EquipHotel has established itself as one of the leading international meeting points for hospitality professionals. The 2026 edition is expected to welcome more than 1,200 exhibitors and approximately 80,000 professionals from 133 countries, highlighting developments across architecture, furniture, wellness, foodservice, and digital technologies.

Hospitality in Motion: rethinking the hospitality experience
Under the theme ‘Hospitality in Motion,’ this year’s EquipHotel explores how hospitality spaces and services are adapting to changing lifestyles, expectations, and patterns of use.
Hotels are no longer simply places for temporary accommodation. They are becoming multifaceted environments where work, social interaction, gastronomy, and wellness increasingly intersect.
This shift is directly influencing the design of interior and exterior spaces, material selection, furniture, and equipment. Flexibility, sustainability, personalization, and the overall guest experience are becoming central considerations in hospitality design.
From guest rooms and communal areas to restaurants, spas, and outdoor environments, contemporary hospitality is seeking new ways to balance technological innovation with human-centered experiences.

21 Greek companies bring their expertise to Paris
Within this international context, 21 Greek companies are participating in EquipHotel Paris 2026, presenting products and solutions that address different aspects of contemporary hospitality design.
The Greek presence spans furniture design and indoor and outdoor equipment, as well as mattresses, textiles, guest amenities, decorative objects, and technological applications.
Together, these companies reflect the diversity of Greece’s manufacturing and design sectors, their growing engagement with international hospitality markets, and the role of design in creating distinctive guest experiences.
The participating companies are distributed across four exhibition halls, representing a broad spectrum of products, materials, and services.
Wellness & comfort: putting the guest experience first
Hall 4 – Wellness
The quality of a hospitality experience is increasingly defined by comfort, well-being, and the details that shape a guest’s everyday stay.
Hall 4 brings together solutions for bedding, professional textiles, guest amenities, and wellness, with eight Greek companies participating in this sector.
Among them are Candia, Kirpoglou, Sanco, Vamvax, Papoutsanis, Savil Cosmetics, White Hellenic Premium Mattresses, and Olga Karaververis.
Their participation reflects different approaches to comfort, personal care, and the products that contribute to contemporary hospitality environments.
Design & outdoor living: new approaches to hospitality spaces
Hall 7.1 – Design
Outdoor environments are playing an increasingly important role in hotel architecture and the design of hospitality destinations.
Terraces, courtyards, open-air lounges, and recreational areas are now conceived as integral parts of the overall architectural experience, rather than secondary spaces.
In Hall 7.1, Greek companies Design Pergola, Fiori, Feeelit, and V&V Macrame represent different approaches to design, architectural structures, and decoration.
Their participation reflects a broader interest in creating spaces with a distinct identity, where materials, textures, and carefully considered design details help define the atmosphere and character of a place.
Interiors & objects: design as an expression of identity
Hall 7.2 – Design
Furniture and objects play an essential role in shaping the identity of hospitality spaces. Beyond their practical functions, they contribute to the visual coherence, atmosphere, and character of hotels and restaurants.
In Hall 7.2, five Greek companies present their work across different areas of design and interior equipment.
Mexil, Proteas, Silver – Paraskeva, T.LAB, and Pure Yellow are participating in a section dedicated to furniture, decoration, lighting, and objects.
Their presence highlights the range of design applications within hospitality, from interior environments and furnishings to the smaller details that complete the guest experience.
Foodservice & technology: the operational side of hospitality
Hall 7.3 – Foodservice, Tech & Services
Behind every hospitality experience lies a complex network of products, services, and technological infrastructure.
In Hall 7.3, the focus shifts toward hotel and restaurant operations, foodservice equipment, disposable solutions, and digital applications.
Greek companies Saimon Bros, LEMCO, MCOMS, and Staramaki are participating in this sector, representing different categories of products and services.
Their presence highlights how the evolution of hospitality extends beyond the appearance of a space to include the processes, infrastructure, and operational choices that support the overall experience.
